Value Engineer

About this role

Legora, an AI-powered legal tech platform, seeks a Founding Value Engineer to build and scale their value engineering function from the ground up. You'll partner with sales and customer success teams to quantify and communicate the business impact of Legora's products to enterprise legal clients, creating playbooks and frameworks that drive deal wins and expansions.

What you'll do

• Own value creation on strategic deals by collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers
• Build executive-ready narratives translating legal workflows into clear financial and operational outcomes
• Develop repeatable playbooks by use case, segment, and customer persona
• Create quantified impact reporting to support renewals and customer expansions
• Define engagement strategy for when value engineering enters the sales process
• Establish frameworks, tools, and processes for scaling value engineering across the organization
