Full-Stack Engineer (Backend)
About this role
Lendbuzz seeks a backend-focused full-stack engineer to build and scale high-performance systems powering their financial inclusion platform. You'll own features end-to-end while collaborating across design, product, and engineering teams, with primary emphasis on backend architecture and infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable backend systems that support core product features
- Own full feature lifecycle from design through deployment to production
- Collaborate with design and product teams to implement user-facing functionality
- Build APIs and services that power internal operations and customer experiences
- Contribute to frontend implementation (~30% of time) alongside backend work (~70%)
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
