About this role
LendingTree is seeking a Platform Engineer to build, automate, and operate their cloud-based data platform, with a focus on Snowflake and AWS/Azure. This hands-on role involves ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence through automation and collaboration with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, implementing security controls, and proactively improving platform performance.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
- Administer and optimize Snowflake environments.
- Monitor platform health and identify areas for improvement.
- Automate operational workflows using scripting languages.
- Support ETL/ELT pipelines and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and conduct root cause analysis.
