Graduate Software Engineer

About this role

LetsGetChecked seeks a recent graduate software engineer to join its US technology team in a remote role. You'll analyze application logs and data to identify issues, collaborate across engineering teams on bug fixes and feature development, and help troubleshoot critical problems in a healthcare technology environment.

What you'll do

• Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns and errors
• Triage incoming bugs and support tickets with initial findings from log analysis
• Assist with bug fixing and development of new product features
• Collaborate between QA, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in knowledge base

• Programming languages (Python, C#, or JavaScript)
• Software systems understanding
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Written and verbal communication
• Application observability tools (Splunk or Datadog preferred)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
