Levelpath is seeking an Integrations Engineer to build and maintain connections between their AI-powered procurement platform and various enterprise systems like ERPs, HRIS, and finance tools. This customer-facing role involves designing integrations, supporting customer teams, and improving the internal agent-driven software factory. You'll be a key engineering presence in the US timezone, providing on-call support and advocating for customer needs within the product.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship integrations using TypeScript, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • Lead technical calls with customer engineering and IT teams to scope and debug integrations.
  • Guide customers in building against Levelpath’s GraphQL API and MCP surface.
  • Harden integration paths for enterprise data challenges.
  • Provide US-hours on-call support and improve incident response tooling.
