Application Engineer

About this role

LG Electronics seeks an Application Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to provide technical support for HVAC products across the West Region, combining bilingual coordination with headquarters, system design analysis, and field team training to drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Deliver daily HVAC technical analysis and application support for sales proposals and projects in the West Region
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications to verify equipment application and compliance with industry standards (DOE, AHRI, UL, building codes)
• Prepare detailed equipment proposals and system recommendations tailored to project requirements
• Conduct technical seminars and webinars for sales teams, engineers, and contractors on product knowledge and best practices
• Provide bilingual (Korean/English) technical communication with headquarters for complex inquiries and new product launches
• Create technical sales tools and resources to enhance field team effectiveness and support market expansion

• Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal)
