AI Product Engineer, New Grad

About this role

Lightfield is seeking a new grad AI Product Engineer to build full-stack features for an AI-native CRM that automatically organizes customer interactions. You'll own projects end-to-end, working with modern web technologies and LLMs to deliver intelligent, scalable product experiences alongside a experienced team backed by top-tier investors.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product leaders to define requirements and implement customer-focused solutions
• Build and maintain full-stack features ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
• Develop observability systems and metrics for proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
• Mentor teammates, conduct code reviews, and contribute to engineering culture
• Own projects from conception to impact with independent ownership
• Help recruit and build a world-class engineering team
