Full Stack Engineer, Product & Systems

Lightfield, an AI-native CRM backed by top-tier investors, is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build scalable product features and systems that leverage large language models. You'll own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences while contributing to engineering culture and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product leaders to identify problems and implement full-stack solutions
• Build and maintain reliable, scalable product features and backend systems
• Develop observability, metrics, and monitoring for proactive issue detection
• Mentor teammates and participate in code reviews to elevate engineering practices
• Contribute to recruiting and building a world-class engineering team

• Full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
• TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js
• Apollo GraphQL and PostgreSQL
• Scalable system design and high-performance architecture
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems
• Software engineering fundamentals
• Independent project ownership and execution
• Technical communication with stakeholders
