As a Lab IT/OT Security Engineer Co-Op at Lila Sciences, you'll engage in the administration and improvement of lab computing infrastructure, bridging corporate IT and operational technology. The role involves direct contributions to asset management, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of lab technology.

What you'll do

• Administer and troubleshoot lab workstations and network infrastructure.
• Resolve IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform.
• Provide IT support for laboratory instruments and automated platforms.
• Maintain and improve lab IT asset records.
• Contribute to the device catalog and assist with instrument onboarding.
• Document Lab IT standards and procedures.
