Deployment Engineer, North America

About this role

Locus Robotics is seeking a Deployment Engineer to implement and support autonomous mobile robots in large fulfillment centers across North America. The role requires extensive travel and involves mapping, configuring, and launching robotic systems while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Deploy robotic order fulfillment solutions at customer sites
• Create SLAM-based maps of fulfillment centers
• Manage onsite customer relationships and project coordination
• Assist with infrastructure setup and system deployment
• Provide on-site support post-installation
• Perform additional duties as needed

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 1+ years experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots
• Experience with Linux or Unix systems
• Knowledge of ROS and SLAM navigation
• Familiarity with warehouse mapping
• Technical systems deployment skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Proficiency in Spanish and English communication
