Developer Success Engineer

About this role

As a Developer Success Engineer at Loop, you will act as a guide for external developers integrating with Loop's APIs, ensuring they are well-supported throughout the development process. Your role focuses on leveraging AI tools to validate and oversee outcomes rather than just coding.

What you'll do

• Support developers in integrating with Loop's public APIs
• Guide clients during setup and launch phases
• Collect and relay developer feedback to the product team
• Ensure successful outcomes in production
• Utilize AI tools in the development process
• Act as a judgment layer for what should be built

• Familiarity with public APIs
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with AI tools
• Understanding of PHP/Laravel
• Knowledge of Vue.js
• Exposure to MySQL and DynamoDB
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS
