What you'll do

• Develop AI-driven customer support solutions
• Collaborate with coding agents in the development process
• Build tooling and feedback systems for effective workflows
• Take ownership of projects from concept to production
• Define UI/UX and data models for AI products
• Shape technical direction for the engineering team
