About this role
Lumafield seeks an Applications Engineer to demonstrate and support their industrial CT scanning platform for manufacturing clients. You'll serve as a technical bridge between the product team and customers, helping engineers leverage advanced inspection tools to make better manufacturing decisions.
What you'll do
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations to prospective customers and prospects
- Provide technical support and training to existing customers on CT scanning workflows
- Gather customer feedback and use cases to inform product development priorities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering on solutions
- Develop application notes, case studies, and technical documentation
- Support sales team with technical expertise during the sales process
