Lumafield is seeking an Enablement Engineer to empower customers in utilizing their advanced manufacturing products through expert training and support. This role involves hands-on customer interaction, technical training, and collaboration with various teams to ensure effective onboarding and integration of insights into client processes.

What you'll do

• Deliver technical training to new users
• Guide customers during the onboarding process
• Inspect scans and identify critical features
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers
• Support technical issue resolution with Support Engineers
• Travel to customer sites for in-person training
