About this role
Luminary seeks a fullstack software engineer to build AI-driven features for wealth transfer services. You'll own features end-to-end across document ingestion, knowledge graphs, tax modeling, and agentic workflows, working with modern tooling in a product-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Design and implement agentic features including chat interfaces, background agents, and model-callable tools
- Own features end-to-end from data modeling in Postgres through React/TypeScript interfaces
- Collaborate with product designers and domain experts to translate complex estate planning concepts into usable advisor tools
- Use coding agents and modern tooling to accelerate development and maintain quality
- Learn wealth transfer and tax domains from in-house experts and customer conversations
- Ship small, reviewable changes to production through continuous integration multiple times daily
