Lumos is seeking a full-time IT Jr. Engineer – Support Technician to deliver technical support across various platforms including PCs and peripheral devices. This role involves troubleshooting, managing user accounts, and participating in an on-call schedule to maintain operations effectively.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support
• Resolve tickets and escalate issues as needed
• Manage user accounts and maintain documentation
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs
• Offer technical guidance to other technicians
