Lumos is seeking a full-time OSP Construction Project Engineer to oversee external plant construction and foster partnerships with contractors and communities in the Montgomery, Alabama area. This role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while supporting the company's mission of delivering fiber optic internet.

• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and partners
• Track crew progress and report to internal teams
• Drive a safety culture at work sites
• Engage with local municipalities and communities
• Ensure compliance with construction codes
• Support internal teams with forecasting and scheduling
