CNC Machine Programmer

Mach Industries is looking for a CNC Machine Programmer to enhance their manufacturing processes for next-generation autonomous defense systems. The role involves programming advanced CNC machinery to produce precision components while ensuring quality and efficiency within a rapidly evolving defense technology firm.

What you'll do

• Program and operate CNC machines using CAM software
• Design custom workholding solutions for efficiency
• Perform quality checks using precision tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes
• Collaborate with engineers on designs and prototypes
• Maintain CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance

What they're looking for

• 5+ years CNC programming experience
• Expertise in G and M codes and multi-axis machining
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision manufacturing
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Ability to transition between R&D and production
• Familiarity with CAD software
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
