  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, Product) to ensure a unified client experience.
  • Develop functional prototypes and automation scripts to accelerate onboarding and demonstrate feasibility.
  • Provide product feedback based on client interactions to inform platform development.
