GTM Engineer - Revenue Programs

Make is looking for a GTM Engineer to enhance their Revenue Programs team by managing AI-driven systems and automating sales processes. The role demands strong technical skills in automation and data management, with an emphasis on achieving measurable business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Own the data enrichment lifecycle within Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain AI tools and automation for the sales team.
• Drive sales efficiency and AI adoption by implementing new tools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
• Provide technical support and manage risks within projects.

What they're looking for

• Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Engineering.
• Proficient in Clay and other automation tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of the GTM stack including SalesLoft and Snowflake.
