• Analyze and respond to complex customer queries

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Proficiency in Android SDK (Kotlin or Java)
• Support or software engineering experience
• Familiarity with GitHub and command line
• Experience with geospatial tools
• Desire to learn Javascript or iOS (Swift)
