What you'll do

• Oversee hydrometallurgical process equipment from concept to installation and commissioning
• Manage relationships with technology licensors and vendors
• Develop heat and material balances for complex processes
• Create hydraulic models and process flow diagrams
• Implement engineering solutions for process optimization
• Collaborate with R&D and operations to scale up processes
