Masabi seeks a Customer Technical Support Engineer based in Romania to provide essential support for global transit agencies. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues while enhancing customer satisfaction and collaboration with product teams.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary contact for 1st and 2nd line support via phone and email
  • Diagnose issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering for resolutions
  • Manage incident coordination and customer communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the Justride platform
  • Assist in configuring systems for special ticketing events
  • Conduct training on systems via video conferencing
