Masabi is seeking a French-speaking Customer Technical Support Engineer for a 6-month fixed-term role in Montreal. The position involves providing technical support to transit agencies globally, resolving issues related to the Justride platform and hardware systems while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Manage incident reports and customer communications.
  • Resolve technical issues with a customer-focused approach.
  • Deliver training to customers and create technical documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations during critical launches.

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Technical support experience.

  • Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies for support efficiency.
