Masabi is seeking a French-speaking Customer Technical Support Engineer for a 6-month fixed-term role in Montreal. The position involves providing technical support to transit agencies globally, resolving issues related to the Justride platform and hardware systems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Manage incident reports and customer communications.
- Resolve technical issues with a customer-focused approach.
- Deliver training to customers and create technical documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations during critical launches.

- Fluency in French and English.
- Technical support experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with support tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Knowledge of AI technologies for support efficiency.
- Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
