UX Engineer

About this role

Matic seeks a UX Engineer to build the mobile app interface for its autonomous floor-cleaning robot, bridging design and engineering to make complex robotic behaviors intuitive and visually polished. You'll translate designs into production-ready components while collaborating across product, hardware, and software teams to create seamless real-time user experiences.

What you'll do

• Build and ship high-quality mobile UI components in production
• Convert Figma designs into production-ready code with smooth animations
• Visualize complex robot behaviors like mapping and cleaning states
• Collaborate with product designers to refine interaction details and micro-interactions
• Develop and evolve a scalable design system in code
• Partner with design, software, and hardware teams on real-time feedback accuracy
