MatX is seeking a Mechanical and Thermal Reliability Engineer to contribute to the development of high-performance computing infrastructure. The role involves reliability engineering, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance system performance under demanding conditions.

What you'll do

• Develop reliability strategies for New Product Development (NPD)
• Design and implement experiments for product validation
• Conduct reliability testing for mechanical and thermal systems
• Lead qualification assessments and material readiness evaluations
• Perform failure analysis and drive corrective actions
• Collaborate with partners on system testing and validation
