- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Biological Engineering
- North Carolina PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 5+ years in hydraulics or water resource engineering
- Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of AASHTO and NCDOT standards
