This newly created role will focus on understanding partner firm operations, documenting processes, and building a repeatable framework for integration. The ideal candidate will be adept at process mapping, identifying gaps, and creating actionable plans to ensure a smooth transition.

- Develop a repeatable framework and toolkit for onboarding new partner firms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integration roadmaps.
- Organize integration changes into structured 'releases' for better planning.
