Mercor is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Applied AI to join their Enterprise team in San Francisco. The role involves collaborating with enterprise clients to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance the value of Mercor's AI platform.

What you'll do

• Engage with enterprise customers to clarify technical and business needs
• Design and implement custom integrations and APIs
• Deploy scalable solutions in client environments
• Create internal tools to facilitate future deployments
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into actionable technical plans

• Proficient in a modern programming language (Python, Go, Rust, etc.)
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong ownership mentality and autonomy in high-pressure situations
