Software Engineer – Platform Services

About this role

The Software Engineer for Platform Services will join a compact team responsible for developing and sustaining foundational identity, authentication, and integration services for a multi-product SaaS platform. Ideal candidates will leverage their expertise in identity protocols and AI-assisted development tools to enhance platform scalability and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Build and extend services for federated identity and authorization.
• Implement integrations with centralized identity platform.
• Support product teams with integration processes and debugging.
• Design and implement backend service integrations.
• Maintain system observability and fault tolerance.
• Document processes and maintain operational health.

• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
