Meter is seeking a Network Engineer to be the technical backbone of their deployment engine, ensuring seamless and timely installations of critical network infrastructure. This role involves real-time troubleshooting, partnering with field technicians, and building systems to streamline installations, ultimately contributing to Meter's goal of evolving internet infrastructure into a utility. You will be the final technical gate before a network goes live and play a key role in ensuring successful deployments.

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot live deployment networking issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Partner with field technicians to ensure installations are completed on time.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance during installations.
  • Collaborate with Operations Engineering to implement automated tools.
  • Document progress, update stakeholders, and proactively address blockers.
  • Translate technician insights into product improvements.
