About this role

Meter is seeking a Network Engineer to ensure smooth and successful enterprise network deployments. In this role, you'll serve as the technical escalation point for field technicians, troubleshooting issues in real-time and contributing to the development of tools and processes that streamline installations. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining network quality, accelerating deployment times, and ultimately helping Meter achieve its goal of utility-scale internet infrastructure.

  • Own technical sign-off before customer networks go live.
  • Document progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address blockers.
  • Identify recurring failure patterns and collaborate on improvements.
