Middesk is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the design and implementation of critical customer-facing systems and AI-driven integrations. This role involves collaborating directly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead technical direction for customer deployments
• Build production-grade integrations using Middesk APIs
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Translate deployment insights into product improvements
• Guide engineers through design and code reviews
• Solve complex problems in customer workflows
