About this role
Mintlify seeks a Solutions Engineer to own high-volume customer migrations and support strategic accounts post-sale. You'll manage 6+ weekly migrations, coordinate an offshore team, provide technical troubleshooting to key customers, and build scalable operational infrastructure for the scaled segment.
What you'll do
- Lead 6+ documentation migrations per week from kickoff through go-live for SMB and Mid-Market customers
- Manage and quality-review work from offshore migration vendor partners
- Provide dedicated technical support to strategic accounts via Slack channels with troubleshooting and feature guidance
- Debug migration issues, write custom scripts, and solve complex technical problems independently
- Design and implement CRM tracking systems, health score models, and operational dashboards
- Track and report on adoption rates, migration metrics, and customer health insights to inform product strategy
