Software Engineer, AI Product Insights

Mixpanel is seeking a Software Engineer for its new Proactive Insights team, which focuses on leveraging AI to transform user interactions with data analytics. The role involves building features that provide automated insights and collaborating with product and design teams to enhance the analytics experience.

What you'll do

• Develop AI-powered features from logic to visualization
• Design user experiences for displaying automated insights
• Collaborate with Product and Design on proactive analytics
• Integrate tools with the AI Engine team
• Create dashboards to track feature adoption and insights quality
• Engage in team on-call rotations for system maintenance

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Excellent debugging abilities
• Effective technical communication
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Data-driven mindset
