About this role
Mobius seeks an experienced SQL Developer/Database Administrator to support the RCOH Planning Team in Newport News, maintaining and enhancing SQL Server and Microsoft Access databases while ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity compliance. The role requires managing legacy and modern data platforms in a fast-paced environment with 100% on-site work.
What you'll do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop Microsoft Access applications and accdb databases
- Administer SQL Server databases including backups, performance tuning, security, and user account management
- Design and optimize SQL database-driven applications with strict data integrity and cybersecurity compliance
- Convert Access SQL to SQL Server syntax and develop GUI forms using VBA
- Collaborate with Contracting Officers, managers, and users to evaluate solutions and develop new features
- Implement software version control and enhance security features for ATO compliance
