Software Engineer

About this role

Modern Treasury is seeking full-stack Software Engineers to build and maintain features that enable global money movement for businesses. The role involves contributing to APIs and banking infrastructure while working in a dynamic environment focused on reliability and scalability.

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end features individually or in teams
• Ship code frequently and iterate on features
• Maintain and own core components of the application
• Learn about the payments industry and shape project scopes
• Participate in mentoring others within the team

What they're looking for

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Interest in full-stack development
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with React and Postgres
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in financial software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment
