About this role
Modulate is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to enhance their voice intelligence platform by developing and deploying advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to translate business needs into efficient ML solutions and continuously improve model performance.
What you'll do
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ML initiatives
- Conduct experiments to enhance model quality and scalability
- Analyze model performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders
- Mentor teammates and review code as needed
What they're looking for
- Machine learning research and model deployment
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Experience in designing experiments
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS
- Experience with audio models (ASR, TTS, etc.)
- MLOps systems knowledge
