What you'll do
- Develop and enhance the MongoDB Documentation Platform with focus on user experience and accessibility
- Design and implement full-stack features supporting documentation discoverability and engagement
- Lead small-to-medium scoped platform improvements and features with cross-team collaboration
- Analyze user behavior and platform performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Improve platform reliability, maintainability, and developer experience for contributors
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure supporting documentation delivery at scale
