Technical Services Engineer, 2nd Shift

About this role

The Technical Services Engineer for the 2nd shift will assist customers with complex MongoDB issues, drawing on extensive technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will be based on the West Coast and work to resolve operational challenges while collaborating with product teams.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for MongoDB products and services.
• Assist customers with architecture, performance, recovery, and security issues.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to internal projects.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams.
• Analyze complex customer workloads and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in weekend coverage once transitioned to a permanent schedule.
