The Implementation Engineer acts as a crucial link between business units, clients, and engineering teams, ensuring that client requirements are well understood and implemented. This role focuses on optimizing AI-driven workflows and collaborating on the development of scalable technical solutions within the Google AI ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Act as liaison between Business Units, clients, and Core Engineering
• Collaborate with teams to improve AI-driven experiences
• Configure and maintain AI agents and flows
• Translate user feedback into feature requests for engineering
• Maintain documentation on implementations and workflows
• Educate internal teams on AI tools and best practices
