We are seeking an OS 2200 Infrastructure Support Specialist to deliver crucial support for Unisys 2200 systems at a major manufacturing client's data center. This role involves incident management, system monitoring, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure system integrity and responsiveness.

What you'll do

• Provide on-call support for Unisys 2200 systems.
• Monitor system health using logging utilities.
• Triage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute customer policies for incident escalation and change control.
• Respond to emergencies to restore operations promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including programmers and vendors.

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in OS 2200 support
• Understanding of Unisys 2200 ecosystem
• Experience with booting OS 2200
• Installation of 3rd party products
• Strong incident triage abilities
• Great communication skills
• Familiarity with OS 2200 ECL and security
