- US Citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 3+ years as a test engineer
- Test instrumentation design experience
- Test planning and safety assessments expertise
- Data analysis skills in Python, MATLAB
- Part 107 Certification
- Pilot experience with drones or fixed wings
