MORSE Corp is looking for a Systems Engineer in Cambridge, MA to lead the design and deployment of airborne mission systems for national security. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, integration, and testing of complex aircraft mission systems
- Translate high-level operational requirements into detailed subsystem requirements
- Conduct trade studies on commercial and government components for mission efficacy
- Assess design alternatives regarding cost and scheduling
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
- 5+ years of experience with mission systems design
- Strong requirements elicitation and decomposition skills
- Experience with design simulation capabilities
- Familiarity with radiation-hardened systems (preferred)
