What You'll Do

Business Development & Partner Management

• Prospect and pitch new media partners through outbound outreach, emails, and industry networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through day to day account management
• Serve as a strategic coordinator to publisher and media partners by maintaining an active pipeline and consistently achieve activity and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase investment
• Travel periodically for in-person partner meetings and industry events

Operations & Performance Analysis

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and partner satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare post-campaign reports and partnership performance summaries
• Leverage data insights to build compelling success narratives for prospects
• Partner with senior sales leadership to close strategic, high-value partnerships
