Based in Raleigh, NC, with frequent travel to Greenville, NC, the role involves supporting a large-scale data center, ensuring seamless storage and archival operations, and optimizing high-bandwidth production networks to keep content creation flowing efficiently.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain multi-tier storage infrastructure
- Manage LTO tape library operations (archival, restores, rotation)
- Administer SAN/NAS and shared editorial storage platforms
- Provide remote data center support (monitoring, incident response)
- Support media workflows and asset movement between systems
- Script and automate repetitive infrastructure tasks
