About this role
Beast Industries, the company behind MrBeast, is seeking a Quality & Reliability Engineer to build quality practices from the ground up for a rapidly growing AI-first platform. This role focuses on establishing automated testing, CI/CD integration, and production monitoring to ensure a reliable user experience for millions. You'll work closely with engineers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain automated test suites for mobile and backend systems.
- Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor production systems and contribute to incident response.
- Embed quality thinking into the development process.
- Ensure tests run on every commit and prevent bad code from reaching production.
