What you'll do
- Lead design transfer from R&D to pilot production.
- Develop and maintain build documentation (work instructions, BOMs, etc.).
- Collaborate with R&D to improve product design for manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement quality control.
- Schedule and troubleshoot manufacturing builds.
- Manage inventory, kitting, and vendor relationships.
