As a Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer, you'll embed yourself within a business domain to identify opportunities for AI-powered efficiency gains. You'll be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents and automation pipelines, partnering with domain leadership to drive measurable impact, and contributing reusable assets to the broader engineering team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
What you'll do
- Map workflows to identify AI and automation opportunities.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows, including human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Build and connect agents to business systems through APIs and other integrations.
- Monitor agent performance and iterate based on KPIs.
- Instrument observability and maintain agent evaluations.
- Enable business users to run and leverage the workflows you create.
