Neros is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to manage the lifecycle of peripheral hardware products, focusing on high-volume manufacturing from prototyping to completion. The role entails driving improvements in manufacturability, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic team environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead Production Readiness Reviews for product transitions to manufacturing
  • Enhance Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Testability (DFT)
  • Manage and update the Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Establish and uphold quality control processes with manufacturing partners
  • Oversee regulatory compliance from design to certification
  • Support technical ownership and field issue resolutions

What they're looking for

  • Engineering or equivalent degree
  • 2+ years in hardware production
  • FPV or drone experience (preferred)
  • Solidworks (preferred)
  • KiCAD or Altium (preferred)
