Neros is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to manage the lifecycle of peripheral hardware products, focusing on high-volume manufacturing from prototyping to completion. The role entails driving improvements in manufacturability, quality control, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic team environment.
What you'll do
- Lead Production Readiness Reviews for product transitions to manufacturing
- Enhance Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Testability (DFT)
- Manage and update the Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Establish and uphold quality control processes with manufacturing partners
- Oversee regulatory compliance from design to certification
- Support technical ownership and field issue resolutions
What they're looking for
- Engineering or equivalent degree
- 2+ years in hardware production
- FPV or drone experience (preferred)
- Solidworks (preferred)
- KiCAD or Altium (preferred)
